While with Ericsson, he realized that the majority of technical staffing firms serving the telecom industry did not specialize in telecom and did not have expertise in identifying and acquiring personnel for a number of niche areas. With the combination of a vision to provide enhanced skilled and talented consultants and support of strong management team and staff, Fusion Solutions now employs approximately 250 consultants working nationally at some of the top global telecom companies.
