Tahir founded Fusion Solutions in 2002 to serve the specialized technical staffing and consulting needs of large telecom companies. Under his leadership the company has experienced unprecedented growth on a national level. Today Fusion Solutions employs 200 people, has a list of top global telecom companies as customers that have been with the company more than three years and is ranked as the 5th fastest growing company in America in the 2007 Inc. magazine Inc. 500 list of the fastest growing companies

Prior to founding Fusion Solutions, Tahir served in a number of technical and management positions with Ericsson. For eight years he focused on wireless products and led a number of new development projects. He also served as interim Chief Technology Officer of an internal new technology venture. Tahir was selected by Ericsson’s leadership for an award as an inventor of “wireless storage network”. He also holds 14 patents in wireless technologies, is a graduate of the University of Texas at Dallas where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and he is a U.S. citizen.

Vic leads all new business and market development initiatives. He has more than 20 years of experience leading sales organizations in technology and staffing companies. Vic brings a wealth of business development understanding, performance metrics and client service optimization to Fusion Solutions.

Prior to joining Fusion Solutions, Vic served at Director and Vice President levels at Hudson, a global technology staffing firm, where he led the North American telecom staffing business. Before Hudson, Vic was a Regional Vice President at SCB Computer Technology (now part of Ciber). Earlier in his career, Vic served in sales and regional management positions at a division of Schlumberger.

Vic is a graduate of Loyola College in Maryland where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting. He is a former officer with the US Army where he served as a tank platoon leader.

 
John Manukian

John leads all recruiting initiates for Fusion Solutions, including strategic staffing initiatives, talent acquisition, delivery and quality process and team building. He has 21 years experience in the staffing and consulting services industry. John has an extensive background in developing recruiting processes and programs that optimize the qualification, deployment and productivity of personnel.

Prior to Fusion Solutions, John managed several national recruiting and outsourcing engagements with Fortune 500 companies that included: Fidelity Investments, IBM, Greyhound Van Lines, AT&T, Sprint, Verizon and Ericsson.

John has led a number of large scale recruiting initiatives that required special expertise and had unique deployment requirements. These included recruiting 50 engineers in a short period of time for near-immediate deployment to the Rocky Mountain region of the U.S. for a large scale fiber optic installation. In addition, he has managed the rapid recruitment of a large number of technical consultants for a leading U.S. railroad company to convert two million lines of code under some very tight deadlines.

John is a graduate of Fresno State University in California where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
 
Donna Stark

Donna serves as Director of Human Resources and leads the human resource administration and payroll functions. She has more than ten years of experience in Human Resources management and has an extensive background in compensation, benefits, staffing, training, employee relations, payroll, safety, performance management, compliance, FMLA and Workers' Compensation.

Prior to joining Fusion Solutions she served as Director of Human Resources for American Community Newspapers, Director of Human Resources for Vivare, Inc. and Paranet Solutions, LLC, and as Human Resources Manager for Ewing Automotive Group.

Ms. Stark is a graduate of the University of North Texas with a MBA in Production and Operations, a BBA in Human Resources Management, and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
