Fusion Solutions, Inc. Names John Manukian Director
of Recruiting
Dallas, TX - August 15, 2006 Fusion Solutions
Incorporated, a leading provider of staffing solutions
for telecom companies announced today that it has named
John Manukian as Director of Recruiting.
John leads all recruiting initiatives for Fusion Solutions,
including strategic staffing strategies, talent acquisition,
delivery and quality process and team building. He has
twenty-one years experience in the staffing and consulting
services industry. John has an extensive background
in developing recruiting processes and programs that
optimize the qualification, deployment and productivity
of personnel.
Prior to Fusion Solutions, John managed several national
recruiting and outsourcing engagements with Fortune
500 companies that included: Fidelity Investments, IBM,
Greyhound Van Lines, AT&T, Sprint, Verizon and Ericsson.
John has led a number of large scale recruiting initiatives
that required special expertise and had unique deployment
requirements. These included recruiting 50 engineers
in a short period of time for near-immediate deployment
to the Rocky Mountain region of the U.S. for a large
scale fiber optic installation. In addition, he has
managed the rapid recruitment of a large number of technical
consultants for a leading U.S. railroad company to convert
two million lines of code under very tight deadlines.
John is a graduate of Fresno State University in California
where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
