Fusion Solutions, Inc. Names Kelly Smoot Strategic Account Manager

Dallas, TX - September 18, 2006 Fusion Solutions Incorporated, a leading provider of staffing solutions for telecom companies announced today that it has named Kelly Smoot as Strategic Account Manager.

Kelly serves as strategic account manager for the telecom business. She possesses more than fifteen years experience in managing a wide range of technology projects and project management teams.

Prior to Fusion Solutions, Kelly was a project manager with Ericsson for ten years. She has led a number of telecom, engineering, software development and testing projects. Her experience included switch deployments, systems integration, and pre-paid subscriber programs.

Kelly earned a bachelor's degree from Auburn University and a MBA from Troy University.
